I have four different sizes of blue and white Kamcheng in my personal collection. These Kamchengs can also be seen in the Peranakan's family. For daily use, the Peranakans used blue and white porcelain that were purchased from visiting peddlers and itinerant vendors. These type of porcelains which produced in the 19th and early 20th century in China for export, is referred as 'Kitchen Qing'.
Pictures below are the blue and white Kamchengs for everyday use. The main floral motif is that of the sweet pea, with stylized foliage background. The shoulder and lip of the lid have a key fret border decoration and a Buddhist lion sits on top of each lids.
Sadly, Kamcheng below is broken, with missing Buddhist lion on the lid. :(
Also check out the small Kamcheng from the "Colourful Straits Chinese Porcelains".
